This is a role with real exposure to senior finance, integration teams, and ultimately the investment case behind each deal. What You’ll Be Doing: • Turning acquisition models into real, operational budgets and forecasts, • Tracking performance vs deal case, budget, and forecast, • Identifying where things are off track and why, • Supporting delivery of cost and revenue synergies, • Building KPI frameworks and consistent reporting across new entities, • Working closely with integration teams to align planning with delivery, • Getting on-site with newly acquired businesses to understand performance first-hand, • Supporting integration into group systems, reporting, and processes, • Bringing clarity to data, improving quality, and tightening reporting What We’re Looking For: • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), • Background in FP&A or Commercial Finance, • Experience working in multi-entity or acquisitive environments, • Strong modelling and Excel capability, • Able to interpret data and communicate clear, commercial insight, • Comfortable operating in pacey, evolving environments Why This Role: • Direct exposure to M&A and PE-backed growth, • High visibility across finance and integration leadership, • Opportunity to work across multiple acquisitions, • A genuine step into value creation, not just reporting If you want a role where you can see the impact of your work on deal performance and be close to the action as it happens, this is worth a conversation.
