An established international business services provider is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join its UK finance team. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the organisation provides specialist financial and operational services that support clients across the entertainment industry, working on a wide range of productions and projects. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative finance function where accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement are highly valued. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will play an important role in supporting the integrity of financial reporting and overseeing key operational finance processes. This position would suit a self-motivated finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work and thrives on responsibility within a busy environment. Candidates will ideally be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), although experienced individuals who are qualified by experience will also be considered. The role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to be in the office three days per week, with a greater presence during the initial onboarding period to support integration into the team and processes.
