We're exclusively recruiting a French Speaking Business Development Representative to join a growing commercial team within a technology-led environment. This role offers a strong balance of outbound business development and hands-on sales support, working closely with experienced Field Sales Representatives to drive new revenue and build a healthy sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys proactive prospecting, structured sales processes, and exposure to the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, professional setting. Business Development • Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling, • Qualify inbound leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), • Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs and identify potential opportunities, • Book high-quality first meetings and demonstrations for Field Sales Representatives, • Accurately track all activity and lead progression within the CRM Sales & Pipeline Support • Support Field Sales Representatives with opportunity administration and CRM updates, • Coordinate proposals, quotes, and contract documentation with internal stakeholders, • Produce pipeline and activity reports to support forecasting and performance tracking, • Prepare sales presentations and client-facing materials, • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development with a strong outbound focus, • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets, • Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in writing, • Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential, • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office, • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, • Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient approach Nice to Have • Experience supporting Field Sales teams, • Exposure to sales or marketing engagement platforms, • £40,000 base salary, • Bonus opportunity linked to performance, • Hybrid working model (up to 2 days per week in the office), • A role with genuine exposure to pipeline generation and sales operations EA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy.
