Role Overview This role is designed for high-potential candidates who will develop into future marketing and commercial management leaders. The trainee will independently — or by leading a small team — manage the full sales cycle, including product pricing, contract review, contract execution, order fulfilment, and payment collection. The role ensures the effective implementation of sales policies, monitors overseas business risks, and is accountable for achieving sales targets.
