Following a period of strong growth and multiple contract wins, we are expanding our cleaning teams across the region and are looking for dependable, motivated people to grow with us. The Role We’re looking for multi-purpose cleaners who are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a supportive team. You’ll be cleaning new build homes, show homes, and site cabins, helping prepare homes for handover or viewing, and leaving a lasting impression. This is more than just a job — for the right people, there’s a genuine path to progression into specialist cleaning roles, senior positions, or team leadership. What We Offer Guaranteed hours and fair pay: Cleaners: 30-hour contracts, £12.75–£13.20/hour (typically 30–35+ hours/week) Senior Cleaners: 30-hour contracts, £13.55–£14.50/hour (typically 35+ hours/week) Monday to Friday only – no weekend shifts Start times from 7:30am – enjoy your evenings! Regular overtime available Structured training and development, with daily and weekly support Opportunities to upskill into carpet, window, or jet washing roles A clear route to promotion to Senior Cleaner or Regional Team Leader Pension scheme and regular company events Be part of a team that respects and values each other What We’re Looking For A full Manual UK driver’s licence (held for at least 12 months and must be able to drive a small van) A strong eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude Experience is welcome but not essential – we provide full training A team player who takes pride in their work Comfortable with a physically active job and moving items as needed Reliable and punctual, with good time management skills If you’re ready to build a career in a professional, supportive environment — we’d love to hear from you.
