Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Sileby Salary: £45,000Shift: Monday to Friday Days We’re working with a well established manufacturing business that’s looking to bring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer into their days team. This is a solid opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck into fault finding, keeping things running, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about reliability and safety. Benefits • 17% Pension, • 25 days holiday Bank holidays, • Life assurance, • Training and development opportunities, • Enhanced parental leave, • Carrying out planned maintenance on electrical and control systems, • Finding and fixing faults quickly to keep downtime to a minimum, • Working on motors, drives, PLCs, panels, sensors and more, • Supporting condition monitoring like thermography and vibration checks, • Getting involved in installs, testing, and inspection work, • Helping to improve reliability and reduce recurring issues, • Keeping maintenance records up to date in the CMMS, • Working closely with production and the wider engineering team, • Occasionally covering shifts when needed, • Following all safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, site standards)The Right candidate, • Minimum of a Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Engineering, • Confident with fault finding and problem solving, • Experienced with industrial electrical systems (PLCs, drives, panels, etc.), • Familiar with PPM systems and general maintenance practices, • Safety-conscious and a good team player If you're interested in this maintenance role get in touch with Josh Sharkey from Stirling Warrington.
