Yard Sale Pizza fired up the oven in 2014, starting with weekly supper clubs from our backyard in Hackney. We now offer delivery, dine-in and takeaway in 17 of our favourite neighbourhoods. We're hiring for safe and respectful drivers to deliver our delicious pizzas hot'n'fresh across multiple sites in London! You must have excellent navigation and customer service skills. You'll get hands-on training from an experienced team and brilliant opportunities to work your way up in the business if you seek progression and want to learn new skills such as management or pizza chef skills.     We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Construction Manager to support and help manage an 8-flat residential development in Worcester Park. The groundworks and foundations have been completed, and the project is now moving into the next phase of works, including steelwork installation followed by block and beam flooring and superstructure works. We need someone practical and experienced who can take ownership of the site measurement, setting out, coordination and day-to-day management of this stage of the project. Key Responsibilities • Check and verify site measurements against structural and architectural drawings, • Set out and confirm positions, levels and dimensions for the steelwork, • Liaise with the structural engineer, steel fabricator, beam and block supplier, building control and contractors, • Identify and report any discrepancies between drawings and the actual site conditions, • Help coordinate and manage the next construction phase from steelwork through to floor installation and follow-on works, • Ensure works are carried out accurately, safely and in the correct sequence, • Oversee quality control on site, • Assist with programme planning and keeping the project moving, • Provide practical site-based solutions and recommendations where issues arise Requirements • Proven experience in residential construction projects, • Strong experience with setting out, site measurement and reading structural/architectural drawings, • Experience with steel frame / structural steelwork and beam and block flooring, • Ability to independently verify dimensions and levels on site, • Good communication and coordination skills, • Hands-on, proactive and commercially aware, • Own setting out equipment / access to surveying equipment is an advantage, • Ability to start quickly Ideal Candidate The ideal person will be someone who has worked on similar residential developments and is confident taking responsibility for: • checking dimensions on site, • managing the interface between the engineer, steel company and builders, • helping move the project forward without constant hand-holding

Previous bar experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally important. Cash & Till Procedures • Operate the EPOS/till system accurately., • Process cash and card transactions correctly., • Follow company procedures relating to discounts, refunds and voids., • Never give away stock or provide unauthorised discounts., • Report till discrepancies or transaction issues immediately. Stock Control • Handle all stock carefully and responsibly., • Follow correct measures and portion controls., • Minimise wastage and report breakages, spillages and wastage., • Assist with deliveries and stock rotation when required., • Maintain secure storage of stock., • Support management with stocktakes where required. Cleaning & Standards • Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout the shift., • Keep bar tops, shelves, fridges, glasswash areas and customer-facing areas clean., • Complete opening, closing and cleaning duties as instructed., • Ensure glasses are cleaned, polished and stored correctly., • Maintain high standards in customer areas, toilets and external areas where required., • Report maintenance, health & safety or cleanliness issues immediately. Licensing, Safety & Compliance • Follow all premises licence conditions and company policies., • Apply Challenge 25 consistently., • Refuse service appropriately when required and inform management., • Follow company procedures regarding intoxicated customers., • Comply with health & safety, fire safety, food hygiene and allergen procedures., • Report accidents, incidents or security concerns immediately., • Work responsibly to protect customers, colleagues and the business.
