Working across the portfolio, and in close collaboration with senior Lyvera leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the next chapter of our growth, building distinctive brand stories, raising creative standards and helping define what Lyvera becomes. THE PURPOSE We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand and Content Manager to set and deliver the strategy for our Keith Prowse, The Experience Golf, Gullivers Sports Travel, Events International, and Lyvera brands. This is a fast-paced and varied position which will encompass the full range of content and creative skills, as well as setting team priorities and department strategy. This senior role requires someone with a proven track record in executing content strategies that drive engagement, viewership, and fame. As well as an aptitude for team development and long-term target setting. You will work closely with the existing Marketing function to align activities with broader business goals. This role is perfect for someone who can take full responsibility for video and stills content, design, email and creative assets. We’re seeking a proactive individual who embraces change, actively contributes to the development and optimisation of our systems and processes, and plays a key role in developing an engaged, empowered, and high-performing team. YOU’LL BE DOING • Set and champion the creative vision for Keith Prowse, Gullivers Sports Travel, The Experience Golf, and all associated businesses and brands. Ensuring design and content strategies directly support long-term business goals, commercial growth, and brand leadership in premium sports hospitality, sports tours, and golf tours., • Define strategic priorities and success metrics for the design function, translating company objectives into clear goals, team plans, and measurable outcomes., • Lead, inspire, and develop the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring individuals have clear pathways for growth., • Own the creative briefing and resourcing process, deciding where and how the team’s time is invested, and ensuring every project is strategically aligned, properly prioritised, and effectively delivered., • Continue the integration of the creative team, embedding unified systems, tools, and best-practice workflows to establish a high-performing, collaborative function. Delivering exceptional work from this function, across all our business units., • Act as custodian of the brand, evolving guidelines and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across digital, print, experiential, and partner-led channels. Including being the lead person across Brand Ambassador campaigns; setting KPIs, and tracking ROI, to continuously improve and justify annual renewal., • Direct the creative presence at live events, deciding upon team deployment and ensuring best-in-class delivery of content capture, event collateral, and stakeholder-facing materials. The Senior Design Manager will work with the Head of Marketing to decide who attends which events, and what commercial value will be driven from the outputs., • Lead relationships with external creative partners, ensuring agency contributions add strategic value, elevate the brand, and deliver measurable ROI., • Collaborate with senior marketing leadership, ensuring creative strategy amplifies campaigns across CRM, social, digital, and partnership channels., • Continuously evolve team systems, platforms, and collaboration tools, leading the adoption of smarter, more connected ways of working that unlock efficiency, sharpen messaging and elevate how creative work is scoped, delivered, and measured to drive innovation and efficiency., • Own creative budgets and reporting, providing senior leadership with insight into performance against goals, and ensuring resources are invested for maximum impact., • Leading a B2C evolution, of our content output across major touchpoints such as organic social, website and paid media. Will need a clear, and strategic focus on understanding our customer, and curating content and pathways that will engage with this growing audience base. YOU’LL HAVE • Proven track record in a senior creative leadership role, setting strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes., • Visionary mindset with commercial acumen, able to translate company ambitions into actionable creative roadmaps that drive growth and engagement., • Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with experience inspiring teams, shaping culture, and enabling individuals to perform at their best., • Advanced project and priority management expertise, with the ability to balance multiple complex stakeholders and deliver high-profile work under pressure., • Strong analytical ability, with experience setting targets, measuring performance, and turning insights into continuous improvement., • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and fluency in CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and emerging technologies relevant to design and content., • Experience managing budgets and agency partnerships, ensuring creative investments deliver clear return on value., • Editorial and brand guardianship expertise, with the ability to shape narratives and experiences that resonate with audiences while advancing the brand’s premium positioning., • Proven ability to lead organisational change, particularly in integrating new teams, systems, and platforms into a cohesive, high-performance function., • Strategic ownership of DotDigital, setting the direction for email marketing design, automation, and reporting, while overseeing quality and consistency of delivery. A key responsibility and target for the Senior Design Manager will be monitoring and optimising campaigns based on identifying new segments (previous purchase[s]), and behaviours (i.e., identifying the commercially best days/times for sends)., • Oversight of organic social media channels (Meta platforms, LinkedIn), ensuring content strategy, posting, and reporting align with brand goals and team outputs., • Accountability for Canto as the digital asset management system, embedding best practices for organisation, governance, and accessibility of creative assets., • Leadership of Canva usage within the team, ensuring it is deployed effectively as a complementary tool for efficient, brand-consistent content creation.
