About the role: We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to strengthen our middle management layer and lead pods at a higher standard. This role blends client leadership, team management, and delivery ownership. You’ll oversee a small group of high-value accounts while coaching Account Managers to perform consistently and confidently. You are not just “good with clients” - you know how to run accounts, lead people, and raise standards.
