Key Responsibilities: • Pre-Opening Preparation: Assist in setting up the pub for opening, including staff recruitment, training, and onboarding. Help design workflows, operational systems, and service standards. • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring high standards of hospitality and service from day one. • Team Leadership: Help build and lead a high-performing, enthusiastic team.
