Suggest emerging or relevant technologies to senior technical leadership for evaluation. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the full solution and product portfolio. Obtain and maintain relevant vendor certifications as agreed with the Technical Lead. Adhere to internal change-control processes. Accurately record all billable time within the designated PSA system. Conduct technical audits of client environments and prepare corresponding reports and recommendations.
