Role Description The territories of responsibility include the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man. Candidates must be based in Northern Ireland to effectively support the region. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth across the ISEKI product range, planning and delivering product demonstrations to dealers and end users, and providing hands-on training and ongoing technical support where required. The Regional Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, represent ISEKI at industry events and exhibitions, and act as a key point of contact between the dealer network and the wider business. Qualifications • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the agriculture, horticulture, or equipment industries, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, • Technical understanding of tractors, mowers, or similar equipment is highly advantageous, • Capacity to work independently and within a remote environment, • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and tow a trailer across Ireland as needed
