Conducting engineering investigations and providing technical and maintenance support to Ops, COMs, and Project Management, • Reviewing T45 project plans with ship’s staff, COM, and Ops to confirm adequate engineering content, acceptance levels, and integration of safety and quality requirements within the Project HazID and Quality Scope, • Responding to a range of electrical and technical queries on installations, documentation, and material alternatives. Skills & Experience Required • Chief Engineer (STCW III/2) CoC or equivalent technical qualification preferred., • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a yacht or cruise ship engineer, with at least 2 years in a management or shoreside role., • Proven track record of managing technical operations, dry docks, or refits., • Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, MARPOL, and class/flag requirements., • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under time and budget constraints., • Commercial awareness and financial management skills., • Proficiency with planned maintenance software and Microsoft Office Suite., • Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).
