Account Executive (Sales) 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday Full time, Permanent Base salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum • Commission structure after completing probation period Job ID: 32669 Hereford Due to continuous growth of the business our client is now able to recruit another Account Executive to join the sales team (training on business model and product list will be provided). Skills and Competencies needed for the Account Executive role • Excellent telephone manner when consulting with potential customers, • Experience of working with CRM sales tools and processes and a ERP system would be beneficial., • Ability to understand customers current product and offer them the best possible solution, • Ability to build relationships, • Self-motivated and driven, • Customer service and problem-solving skills, • Organisation and diary management, • Information gathering, negotiation skills and open questioning, • Order closing skills, • Achieve results monthly Account Executive Responsibilities • Customer interaction with proactive quotation follow-ups and order processing, • Responsibly manage a customer-base within a set region and continue to develop growth, • Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues effectively., • Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships, • Ensuring accurate pipeline management, and to ensure all opportunities are being followed through., • Some responsibility will involve taking in-bound calls/enquiries and actioning as necessary.
