Our client are a fast growth entrepreneurial business. Role Overview Due to continued growth they’re now looking for a Senior Designer to play a pivotal role across Brand & Marketing design and Product, Packaging & Brand Creation. This is a hands-on, senior-level role for a designer who enjoys building brands end-to-end — from initial product and packaging concepts through to launch campaigns, digital assets, and in-store execution. Sitting within the Design team and working closely with Marketing, Social and Product Development, you’ll help shape how brands look, feel, and show up across global markets, ensuring creative excellence, consistency, and commercial relevance at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Design • Design and deliver creative assets that support marketing campaigns, brand launches, and always-on communications across digital, social, e-commerce, email, and in-store., • Translate brand strategy into visually engaging, consumer-relevant creative across all touchpoints., • Develop cohesive brand storytelling through strong layout, typography, imagery, motion, and video., • Design and edit video content for web, social media, paid advertising, and e-commerce, ensuring assets are optimised for each platform., • Create campaign toolkits and assets that can be rolled out consistently across channels, retailers, and international markets., • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Social teams to bring campaigns to life visually and creatively., • Use AI-powered tools to support brand and marketing workflows, including ideation, asset creation, resizing, versioning, and efficiency improvements — while maintaining brand quality. Product, Packaging & Brand Creation • Responsible for creating compelling packaging ranges from initial concept through to final, print-ready artwork., • Design product concepts, packaging, and brand assets from scratch, from early creative exploration through to final execution., • Develop packaging design concepts aligned with brand strategy, consumer insight, and commercial objectives., • Translate ideas into structurally and visually effective packaging, considering format, materials, finishes, shelf impact, and usability., • Prepare and manage accurate, production-ready artwork, ensuring attention to detail across all SKUs, formats, and variants., • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Production, and external suppliers, balancing creative excellence with technical feasibility., • Ensure consistency, quality, and brand integrity across all packaging formats, ranges, and markets., • Support the development of new brands, ranges, and extensions, helping define their visual identity and aesthetic. Collaboration & Delivery • Work closely with Brand, Social, Product Development, and external partners to deliver creative efficiently and to brief., • Manage multiple projects across brand, marketing, and product design, balancing priorities and deadlines., • Maintain consistently high standards of brand quality and creative execution across all outputs. What You’ll Need Experience & Expertise • 3+ years’ experience in an in-house or FMCG design role (beauty, personal care, or consumer brands preferred)., • Proven experience working across both brand/marketing design and product or packaging design., • Confident taking projects from concept through to execution and production. Design Skills • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere desirable)., • Confident designing for both digital and print, including social, e-commerce, email, POS, and campaign assets., • Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual consistency., • Familiarity with digital advertising formats, social specs, and basic motion/video editing.
