Full job description About the Role As a Content Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role within our marketing team, working closely with our Head of Growth to create engaging social media content, and build and activate a community of people for our fast-growing, social-first betting app. You will be responsible for being a creator, and directly creating social content such as videos, podcasts, interviews and vlogs that reflect our core values while driving social media engagement. You will be tasked at working across our recruitment brand, property, coaching academy and develop personal brands so you must be someone who is organised and can juggle tasks to meet the demands of the business. You’ll have the chance to get hands-on experience in content creation, community management and growth marketing, receive mentorship and develop your marketing skills in a fast-paced environment, and grow alongside a supportive, experienced and ambitious team. Core Duties and Responsibilities • Ideate, shoot, and also appear in in-house video content such as podcasts and interviews., • Source content creators, communicate and negotiate deals with them., • Brief content creators on requirements, objectives, scripts and brand guidelines., • Edit video content using tools such Capcut., • Manage posting on social media channels, as well as engaging with our target market.
