Office-based Mondays & Fridays, flexible mid-week (home or site), • Package: £50,000- £55,000pa & benefits, • Industry: Property & Asset Management What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead the operational management of residential developments, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and regulatory standards., • Oversee client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for property owners, residents, and stakeholders., • Manage on-site teams and contractors to deliver high standards of maintenance, compliance, and customer satisfaction., • Take ownership of major works projects and Section 20 processes, ensuring timelines, budgets, and communication are tightly managed., • Support new contract mobilisations, coordinating with clients, finance, and operations to ensure smooth transitions., • Maintain robust risk management and compliance processes, reporting and acting on any issues proactively., • Drive financial performance across your developments — managing budgets, forecasting, and expenditure control., • Lead, develop, and motivate your team to deliver consistent service excellence and uphold company values. Main Skills Needed: • Proven experience managing residential developments or estates, ideally within property management., • 5+ years of experience in a Block, Estate, Portfolio or Client Relationship Management Role., • Strong knowledge of Section 20 legislation and experience overseeing major works., • Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams., • Financial acumen, comfortable managing budgets and reporting to senior stakeholders., • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a collaborative and professional approach., • MIRPM qualification desirable (or equivalent experience). Acting as the primary liaison between business functions and the change and portfolio team, this role ensures that strategic needs are understood, prioritised, and accurately represented in planning processes. What you’ll be doing… Stakeholder Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Product, Head of Digital & Retail Operations)., • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business priorities and roadmap planning. We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join the fantastic team at our Tarmac Greenwich Wharf site in the heart of London. The plant is easily accessible via most major networks, whether this is by road or public transport.Commutable for such locations as Woolwich, Plumstead, Deptford, Bermondsey, Peckham, Eltham, Welling, Bexleyheath, Lewisham and the surrounding areas. Main Responsibilities Reporting directly to Plant Supervisor. The Multi Skilled Operative will work on the shift-to-shift operations of primarily securing our Ships in dock, working at height on our conveyors; with this being working above the ships in dock and across water, other site duties will include operating mobile plant on the site, you will work with the team to the site plan, you will ensure that stocks are maintained and replenished in good time.
