KOJA Authentic Korean restaurant at Loughborough Job title: Kitchen Porter and Waiter / Waitress Responsibilities (Kitchen Porter) • Assist with food preparation tasks, • Sweep and mop kitchen floors and wipe down surfaces and walls, • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment including washing dishes, utensils and equipment, • Assist with inventory control, stocking, supplies and taking out the trash., • Follow all food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines, • Assist with plating and presentation as needed.
