The Role The team advises a broad client base across retail, development, healthcare, and commercial sectors, and handles: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Lease negotiations for landlords and tenants Development and site assembly work Property finance and refinancing Title investigation and due diligence Youll be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload with support where needed and will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic client relationships. About You 5+ years PQE in commercial property Able to run transactions independently Strong technical skills and commercial awareness Excellent communication and client care abilities What Makes This Role Different?
