Position Overview: The Customer Renewals Team Specialist (CRT) helps develop customer relationships that promote customer growth, retention and loyalty. By engaging customers to deepen and strengthen relationships, you will increase account transparency and leverage that information to build an account strategy in partnership with Sales Account Executives (ASE). Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + commission (pro rata for part-time) Sales Executive Benefits • 23+8 holidays (3 mandatory over Xmas period), • Pension - 2% Employer / 3% Employee, • Life Insurance - 2 x Salary after 6 months' service Sales Executive Key Responsibilities • Handle and qualify inbound sales enquiries by telephone, email and online channels., • Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities, follow up leads, quotations and dormant accounts., • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services., • Convert qualified leads into sales, including products, accessories, service plans and warranties., • Build strong customer relationships, handle objections and provide excellent service., • Arrange call-backs, demonstrations and appointments, referring larger opportunities to the appropriate sales consultant., • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipelines and ensure timely follow-up., • Support sales consultants with lead management, appointments and sales administration., • Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Operations, Finance and Marketing to meet customer requirements., • Work towards individual and team sales targets, monitoring activity, conversion and pipeline performance., • Provide sales reporting and feedback on customer needs, objections and market opportunities., • Support sales campaigns, product launches and wider commercial initiatives.
