We are looking to expand our dedicated team of carers to assist in maintaining a high standard of personal care. Job Description: The Ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with good communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help our service users. To share the personal care and support needs of service users with other staff members of the team in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. The care and support provided by Care and Support Workers is expected to include support that would reasonably be given by members of the service user's family and is not to include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse. Principal responsibilities To assist service users who need help getting up and going to bed in the morning and evenings, including dressing and undressing, washing, bathing and going to the toilet.
