Prepare a variety of grilled items available in the menu, ensuring the quality and oversee the preparation of cook and junior chefs for maintaining quality and consistency. Plan and introduce new menu items and suggest ways to improve existing grill dishes coordinating with the management. Examine the freshness and quality of ingredients received from suppliers. Monitor the quality of finished dishes to maintain consistency and high standards. Supervise and train junior chefs, cook along with assigning tasks to streamline the kitchen operation, especially for the grill section. Ensure all health and safety guidelines along with food hygiene standards are maintained
