The closing date is 29 May 2026 Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are pleased to be able to recruit aRegistered Nurse Apprenticeship post within the Eating Disorder care group. This Higher Apprenticeship in Nursing allows you to study for a BN degree and you can register with the NMC as a nurse. Apprenticeships are required by the NMC to complete 4600 hours: 2300 in theory and 2300 in practice. This is a full time course, run over 3 years. You will be paid at a band 3 agenda for change. New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above. • Maths and English GSCE at C/4 or above or equivalent such as Level 2 Functional Skills, • Meets the entry requirements for University (see attached documents). All qualifications will be assessed on an individual basis, • Have a vocational qualification at Level 3 e.g. NVQ Level 3 or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge or experience, • Must undergo training as required, • Need to complete and pass all course modules and clinical competencies within contract period, • Insight into role and responsibilities of post, • Basic IT skills, • Knowledge of: Principles of infection prevention and control, customer relations, maintaining a safe environment, emergency procedures, equity and diversity, • Open to other learning opportunities within the Trust., • Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a health and clinical based role This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
