Your key focus areas will be: • Growing revenue through a portfolio of high-performing referral and strategic partners, • Building and converting a strong partner-led pipeline into closed-won deals, • Deepening partner engagement, capability and advocacy for Employment Hero, • Managing and growing a portfolio of UK-based referral and strategic partners, • Driving partner-sourced pipeline through enablement, joint planning and execution, • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for partner-referred opportunities, • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to maximise impact, • Forecasting accurately and consistently delivering against revenue targets, • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships or channel-led revenue roles, • A strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets, • Confidence building trusted relationships with external partners and stakeholders, • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth, scale-up environments, • A data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting, • You will work remotely, with the flexibility to own your time and impact, • You will access cutting-edge tools to amplify your work, knowledge and outputs, • You’ll surround yourself with ambitious, outcome-driven colleagues who challenge you to do the best work of your life, • You’ll own ESOP (employee share options) in one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies, • You’ll also have access to a wide range of benefits including a very generous parental leave policy, subsidised egg freezing (so you can make the choice that’s right for you, on your terms), a WFH office expense budget, and outstanding learning and development opportunities Annual Global Gathering – so far we’ve been to Thailand, Vietnam, Bali and Dubai, and we’re excited to meet in the Gold Coast, Australia in September 2026.
