Our goal is simple: to deliver an aftersales experience that matches the scale and success of our sales operation efficient, professional, and focused on customer satisfaction. The Role As Aftersales Manager , you will take full responsibility for our service and parts departments , ensuring they operate smoothly, profitably, and with outstanding levels of customer care. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, resolve escalated customer cases, and drive KPIs across a busy, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across service, workshop, and parts departments Lead, motivate, and develop service advisors, technicians, and parts staff Handle escalated customer service and complaints , ensuring professional resolution and positive outcomes Drive performance across KPIs including labour sales, efficiency, warranty processing, and parts usage Maintain compliance with motor industry legislation, consumer law, and warranty procedures Control costs and maximise departmental profitability Coach and review staff performance, supporting training and progression Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer aftersales journey Requirements 5+ years experience as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, or Customer Service Manager within a main dealer or car supermarket Strong knowledge of motor trade legislation, warranty processes, and consumer law Proven ability to manage escalated customer issues calmly and effectively Track record of improving departmental KPIs and profitability Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills IT-literate and confident learning new dealer management systems Full UK driving licence What We Offer Basic salary of £45,000 £55,000 per annum Monthly performance-related bonus Career progression opportunities within a growing automotive group Employee discounts on servicing and MOTs Collaborative and supportive working environment Opportunity to work in a high-volume dealership with over 1,000 monthly sales Apply Now If you are an experienced Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, or Customer Service Manager with a background in the used car supermarket or dealership sector , and you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, wed love to hear from you.
