Salary: £22,597.64 pro-rata (FTE £41,805.63) Contract: Fixed Term – 12 months Your week: 20 hours per week: Mon, Tues, Thurs 9:00am - 4:30pm Location: Office Based - Gainsborough HRS As a Service Manager at Amplius, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Gainsborough HRS service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred support for our customers. You’ll lead and inspire your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and work collaboratively with partners to deliver a service that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing. Snapshot of your role • Lead the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with all contractual, regulatory and legislative requirements., • Deliver a safe, person-centred service where customers receive support aligned to their assessed needs and personal goals., • Oversee safeguarding, incidents, complaints, risk management and quality assurance processes, ensuring timely reporting and action., • Manage referrals, assessments and support planning, ensuring these are current, meaningful and customer-focused., • Provide strong leadership to Community Support Workers, Night Porters, the Estates Officer and Cleaner, ensuring effective supervision, staffing levels and service delivery.
