If you’re confident on the phone, know how to keep a conversation moving, and don’t let leads sit untouched...keep reading. We’re growing, and we need someone who can pick up the phone, follow a clear structure, and still sound like a real person while doing it. You’ll be speaking to home buyers mid-purchase, helping them understand their property survey options and guiding them to the right decision. Anyone can follow a process - not everyone can close! What you'll be doing • Calling buyers directly - you take control of the conversation and the outcome, • Guiding them through property survey options in a way that actually makes sense, • Helping them choose the one that fits best, • Following up properly, not just “I’ll try again next week” energy, • Owning your pipeline and keeping things moving, • Working with the wider team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, • Closing the sale - clearly, confidently, and without hesitation, • Smashing those sales targets What we care about • You can hold a conversation without sounding flat, • You’re organised - you don’t lose leads or forget follow-ups, • You’re comfortable selling and asking for the business, • You’ve got pace because things don’t sit still here, • You follow a process properly and use it to your advantage Experience helps, but attitude and consistency matter more! What you get • £25,000 base + commission, • Pension, • Casual dress, • Free parking, • Referral programme, • Proper support & mentoring, not just “figure it out yourself” The detail • Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required (it's real estate!), • Full-time, permanent, office-based role, • GCSE (or equivalent required), • At least a year’s experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we’re hiring for output, not just experience! Is it you we're looking for? You're our perfect fit, if you'll: • Pick things up quickly, • Stay on top of everything without reminders, • Keep momentum in your pipeline, • Be comfortable being measured on results If this sounds like you, we can't wait to hear from you.
