An opportunity has arisen to manage the accommodation service at Oasis House and Broadmead Court on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council. Oasis House is a scheme of 58 flats that houses entrenched, vulnerable rough sleepers, and Broadmead Court is a block of 20 flats that offers the same service to a similar cohort of vulnerable applicants. The schemes will include 24/7 cover by the Accommodation team and will have an onsite Support team by another partner agency who will also offer 24/7 cover for its vulnerable residents. The role will be required to manage the Accommodation Team who handle all aspects of the building and all associated accommodation functions such as lettings, licences, inspections, building safety, tenancy management and Anti-Social behaviour. The role will be required to contract manage many of the organisations required to ensure smooth running of the building, as well as managing the partnership with external agencies including the Hope Centre who utilise part of the same building daily.
