In this essential role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by fostering strong B2B relationships and effectively identifying and meeting client needs. This is a field-based position covering the Midlands region, including Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, and Peterborough, along with their surrounding areas. Regular travel within these regions is a core requirement of the role. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to achieve significant sales growth., • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential customers and deeply understand their specific needs., • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations expertly tailored to client requirements., • Negotiate sales agreements' terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties., • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and effectively resolving any issues., • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to guarantee efficient service delivery and high client satisfaction., • Daily visits to existing and potential retail customers to secure orders and actively promote our diverse product range., • Proactively identify and approach new customers to expand sales reach and market share., • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and provide accurate progress reports to management., • Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders. What We Are Looking For: • Proven experience in B2B sales or a closely related field is highly preferred., • Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to effectively influence decision-makers., • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential., • Superior organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks with precision., • Exceptional time management skills, enabling consistent adherence to deadlines., • A valid driving licence is required due to the extensive travel between client locations., • A deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships. We are looking for two motivated remote sales interns to help grow our business by reaching out to event organisers, festivals, conference companies and venues. This is a flexible remote role, ideal for students or anyone looking to gain experience in sales within the events sector. Responsibilities • Research potential customers such as event organisers, festivals and conference companies., • Contact businesses via phone or email., • Introduce us as a company and our range of products., • Generate new orders and build customer relationships., • Use our shared CRM spreadsheet to log records of all interactions, follow-ups and sales.
