    Wristfix Wristbands is a UK-based supplier of wristbands for events, conferences and festivals. We work with organisers across the UK providing custom wristbands, lanyards and credential passes for entry management, branding and security. We are looking for two motivated remote sales interns to help grow our business by reaching out to event organisers, festivals, conference companies and venues. This is a flexible remote role, ideal for students or anyone looking to gain experience in sales within the events sector. Responsibilities • Research potential customers such as event organisers, festivals and conference companies., • Contact businesses via phone or email., • Introduce us as a company and our range of products., • Generate new orders and build customer relationships., • Use our shared CRM spreadsheet to log records of all interactions, follow-ups and sales. As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute Marketing and Commercial Manager to lead strategic growth, brand positioning, and revenue performance. This is a senior management role responsible for aligning marketing strategy with commercial objectives to drive sustainable business growth. Role Purpose To develop and implement integrated marketing and commercial strategies that increase revenue, strengthen brand presence, optimise product performance, and enhance customer acquisition and retention across both physical and digital channels. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the annual marketing and commercial strategy aligned with company growth objectives., • Lead revenue planning, pricing strategy, margin management, and promotional calendar development., • Analyse sales performance, consumer behaviour, product trends, and seasonal demand to inform commercial decisions., • Identify new revenue streams including supplier partnerships, product expansion opportunities, and market diversification., • Oversee brand positioning, in-store marketing, digital campaigns, and community engagement initiatives., • Manage digital marketing activities including website optimisation, social media growth, email campaigns, and paid advertising., • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence analysis within the Afro-Caribbean and wider grocery retail sector., • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to maximise profitability and promotional effectiveness., • Monitor stock performance in collaboration with procurement teams to reduce wastage and improve turnover., • Prepare commercial performance reports and present strategic insights to senior management., • Manage and develop marketing staff or external agencies, ensuring KPIs and performance targets are met., • Ensure all marketing activities comply with UK advertising and consumer regulations. Essential Requirements • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Management, Commercial Strategy, or a related field., • Significant experience in a senior marketing or commercial management role within retail, FMCG, or grocery sector., • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in revenue growth and margin optimisation., • Experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns., • Demonstrable ability to analyse data and convert insights into strategic business decisions., • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution. Desirable • Experience within Afro-Caribbean or multicultural food retail markets., • Experience managing both physical retail and e-commerce operations.
