    About the Role We are a fast-growing UK e-commerce business specialising in premium home and outdoor living products. We are looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Advisor to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role combines customer support and consultative sales, working with customers who are already interested in our products. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry through to delivery and installation. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat, • Assist customers with orders, delivery updates and installation queries, • Follow up warm leads and support the sales process, • Provide clear and accurate product information, • Manage customer communication across multiple channels, • Work closely with logistics and operations teams, • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process, • About You We are looking for someone who: • Has experience in customer service, retail or sales (preferred but not essential), • Communicates clearly and professionally, • Is confident speaking with customers, • Can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment, • Is comfortable using systems and learning new tools Experience in e-commerce, retail, furniture, or home improvement is an advantage. Full training will be provided.     Phase Homes is a new therapeutic residential children’s home in Milton Keynes, providing high-quality care for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD). Our approach is rooted in the PACE model and a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework, supported by specialist psychological input. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can heal, grow, and achieve positive outcomes. The Role We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and effective leadership of the staff team. Key Responsibilities • Support the Registered Manager in the operational management of the home, • Lead, motivate, and support the residential staff team, • Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and daily records are maintained to a high standard, • Promote safeguarding and ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and Ofsted requirements, • Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to staff, • Support the implementation of therapeutic and trauma-informed practice, • Work collaboratively with professionals, families, and external agencies, • Act as the Manager in their absence, including on-call responsibilities About You You will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people and confident in leading a team within a residential care setting.
