    Form Therapy Form Therapy is a female owned private practice in Grays, Essex, specialising in injury rehabilitation, sports therapy, and recovery focused treatments. Since launching, the clinic has grown steadily within its first year, developing a strong reputation for delivering high quality care within a calm and professional treatment setting. Form Therapy is seeking a Clinical Massage Practitioner to join the clinic on a self-employed basis. This role would suit a practitioner who enjoys working within a calm, clinical environment delivering high quality treatments that support recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. The Role: You will deliver tailored treatments which include: • Pregnancy massage (Essential), • Manual lymphatic drainage (Essential), • Swedish massage (Essential), • Sports Massage (Desirable) Hours: The role will initially offer 12 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 16–20 hours per week as the client base grows. The Clinical Massage Practitioner will work two 6 hour clinic shifts per week, consisting of: • One daytime shift (9am – 3pm), • One evening shift (3pm – 9pm) Available clinic days for these shifts are: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Practitioner requirements: We are looking for someone who: • Has at least 1–2 years experience, • Holds a recognised qualification in Clinical / Sports / Remedial Massage (Level 4 or 5), • Has additional training and qualifications in Pregnancy Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Swedish massage, • Holds valid professional insurance and membership with a recognised professional body, • Is reliable, professional, and client-focused, • Maintains clear communication and professional boundaries, • Is comfortable appearing in or contributing to occasional social media content for the clinic, • Maintains clear professional boundaries and communicates confidently with clients., • Demonstrates a clinical approach to treatment and is confident tailoring sessions based on client needs., • Is confident assessing clients and adapting treatments based on individual needs. Pay: Form Therapy operates on a self-employed practitioner model, meaning income is generated through booked appointments rather than fixed hourly employment. Practitioners are paid £25–£35 per treatment hour DOE.
