Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential properties across London. Handle tenant queries, move-ins, move-outs, inspections, check-ins/check-outs. Oversee maintenance issues: raise work orders, liaise with contractors, follow up to completion. Ensure compliance with HMO, gas safety, EICR, EPC, fire safety, and licensing requirements. Maintain accurate records, tenancy files, and property management systems. Conduct property visits, inventories, and periodic inspections. Work closely with landlords, tenants, and company partners to resolve issues quickly. Support lettings team with viewings, marketing, and onboarding where needed. Ensure rent collection, chase arrears, and support financial reporting. Maintain strong communication and provide excellent customer service at all times. Ideal Candidate Experience in property management OR strong admin/customer service background with willingness to learn. Good understanding of UK tenancy laws, HMO regulations, and compliance (training provided). Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Confident communication with tenants, landlords, contractors, and councils. Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential). Proactive, reliable, problem-solver with a positive attitude.
