Overall Job Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong long-term relationships with law firms, corporate clients, and individual customers. This role focuses on expanding the company’s service reach, increasing revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling, and strengthening client engagement. The Business Development Executive will identify new market opportunities, pitch service packages, and support clients in understanding the benefits of retaining Dadson Edwards Ltd for multiple services—including admin support, documentation services, litigation bundle preparation, and outsourced police representation services. This role is essential to scaling the business and ensuring consistent client acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities • Identifying, approaching, and securing new clients across the legal and corporate sectors., • Managing client accounts and maintaining ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business., • Promoting the company’s full service portfolio and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling., • Presenting service packages to law firms, encouraging them to retain Dadson Edwards for administrative support, police representation, and legal documentation services., • Building strong relationships with corporate clients and promoting long-term service packages such as contract management, compliance documentation, and ongoing admin support., • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and emerging client needs., • Monitoring client activity, engagement, and satisfaction to ensure service delivery standards are consistently met., • Collaborating with the operations team to deliver tailored solutions to new and existing clients., • Contacting potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and scheduled meetings., • Managing follow-up communication and maintaining updated CRM/client database records., • Conducting client meetings to explain service benefits and pricing structures., • Reviewing client accounts and identifying opportunities to sell additional services (e.g., documentation bundles, corporate admin packages)., • Preparing proposals, quotations, and service agreements for prospective clients., • Building relationships with law firms to secure consistent police station attendance or admin support work., • Meeting corporate clients to introduce contract management and ongoing support packages., • Liaising with the Legal Consultant and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for all acquired clients., • Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing concerns or improvement areas., • Preparing weekly and monthly sales performance updates for management review.
