  Job Description Crazy Cars is now hiring Used Car Sales Consultants for our new GROUP! As a Used Car Sales Consultant you are directly responsible for selling used cars, providing our customers with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. The Used Car Sales Consultant will interact directly with customers in person and virtually, other Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and the General Manager of the dealership. This is a non-supervisory, commission-based position. In this role, you will: • Conducts business in a professional and ethical manner, • Greets customers with a welcoming attitude and listens to their needs, • Describes operations and features of vehicles matching customer’s needs via in-person or virtually, • Follows test drive procedures (obtaining correct identification, following test drive route, etc.), • Suggests optional equipment, features, warranties, for customer to purchase, • Correctly computes and quotes sales price, • Works with finance team to obtain financing, as needed, • Completes all necessary paperwork, • Arranges for delivery and registration of the vehicle, • Addresses all customer concerns and ensures customer is satisfied, • Maintains solid knowledge of brands and products; including features, specifications, pricing, options, and standard equipment, • Must be able to make an effective demonstration ride on a planned route, • Develop and maintain future prospect and customer follow-up system, • Utilizes and familiar with online digital retailing selling tools, • May be required to use video tools to assist customers virtually with car buying process, • In conjunction with the General Manager, develops personal income goals and develops a strategy to consistently meet those goals, • Complies with policies and procedures, • Excellent communication skills with both customers and employees, • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, • Comfortable using video tools, Facetime, etc., to assist customers, • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers, • Previous sales experience preferred but not required, • Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions, • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, • Be a team player, • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings and weekends, • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable safe driving record, • Must be at least eighteen years of age

The Senior Accounting Manager serves as the primary escalation point for both clients and internal teams, providing guidance on complex transactions, system issues, and policy interpretation while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Your impact: Client Leadership and Relationship Management • Serve as the primary accounting lead for assigned restaurant groups, ensuring all monthly deliverables and operating requirements are met., • Participate in client meetings to present financials, explain variances, and address operational questions., • Provide proactive guidance to clients on best practices, controls, and process improvements., • Oversee all components of the restaurant close cycle, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, payroll accounting, inventory, COGS, accrual schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations., • Review and approve monthly financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations for completeness and accuracy., • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, GAAP standards, and restaurant specific requirements such as cash controls, 3PD reconciliation, daily sales summaries, and R365 system workflows., • Supervise, mentor, and develop offshore team that supports client accounting., • Provide performance feedback, set expectations, and ensure accountability for quality and timeliness., • Drive efficiency across all accounting processes, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed consistently., • Support the creation, improvement, and enforcement of SOPs for month end close, daily workflows, bank activity reporting, and special processes unique to restaurant concepts., • Partner with internal operations leadership to resolve bottlenecks, improve task flows, and enhance visibility for both teams and clients. About you: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance., • CPA preferred but not required., • Five or more years of progressive accounting experience, with at least two years in a supervisory or management role., • 3+ years' experience in restaurant accounting., • Strong knowledge of restaurant accounting operations, including cash management, sales audits, tip handling, payroll allocations, inventory, and 3PD revenue reconciliation., • Experience with R365 strongly preferred., • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills., • Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and teams in a fast-paced outsourced environment., • Strong analytical and problem solving skills., • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively., • Comfortable managing both structured routines and evolving client needs., • Confident in presenting financial results and advising non accounting stakeholders.
