The Residence Program Director provides clinical and administrative oversight to five group homes. Responsibilities include leading clinical case reviews, treatment planning, providing staff supervision and training, and monitoring program billing in coordination with the billing supervisor. The Director will also drive the Quality Improvement Plan through key performance indicators, client satisfaction data, and resource utilization.
