Job Description Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services (AOKids) Are you a BCBA who wants to provide meaningful, ethical ABA services while maintaining a balanced caseload? Alpha & Omega Kids is seeking a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing New York team and help expand high-quality ABA services for Medicaid families. BCBA Role Overview We are looking for an experienced BCBA to design, implement, and supervise individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental needs. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll work with a small caseload, lead RBTs, and help families achieve meaningful and measurable outcomes. This BCBA position offers a supportive clinical culture, manageable responsibilities, and the opportunity to make a significant impact without overwhelming direct-service hours. Key BCBA Responsibilities • Conduct FBAs and create individualized BIPs, • Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs/Behavior Technicians (max 6 per BCBA), • Oversee ABA treatment delivery across in-home and telehealth services, • Collaborate with caregivers to support skill development and generalization, • Maintain accurate ABA data and documentation (CentralReach or similar), • Adjust goals and programming based on data trends, • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration as needed, • Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field, • Active BCBA certification and NY LBA (or eligibility), • Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with children with autism, • Strong assessment, supervision, and communication skills, • Experience with electronic ABA data platforms, • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, culturally responsive ABA care, • Small, ethical caseloads for meaningful BCBA supervision, • Low direct therapy hours so you can focus on mentorship & collaboration, • Integrated, clinician-focused culture, • Flexibility between in-home and telehealth ABA sessions, • Competitive BCBA salary: $80,000–$120,000 (based on experience/caseload), • Full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities, • Premium pay for bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians, • Paid CEUs + professional development, • Medical insurance, PTO, holidays, and floating holiday, • Drive-time reimbursement if applicable At AOKids, every beginning matters.
