Job Description Aesthetic Nurse (Experienced) – Medical Aesthetics & Wellness New Ro Aesthetics | New Rochelle, NY Part-Time (Minimum 3 Days Per Week) About the Role New Ro Aesthetics is a luxury, results-driven medical aesthetics and wellness practice. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse who can immediately add value to our clinical, aesthetic, and wellness services. This role is not for novice injectors or nurses seeking training. We are looking for a professional who already understands aesthetics, patient conversion, treatment planning, and revenue-generating care. If you are someone who takes ownership, understands results, and wants to grow with a serious practice—not just collect a paycheck—this role may be a strong fit. Schedule & Compensation • Minimum availability: 3 days per week (no exceptions), • Pay: $40–$70 per hour, based on experience, • Commission opportunities available (sales, packages, memberships, performance) Core Responsibilities • Perform advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments confidently and independently, • Create customized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and long-term outcomes, • Educate patients and convert consultations into treatment plans and packages, • Deliver high-level patient care while supporting clinic revenue and retention, • Accurately chart and document treatments using EMR and booking software, • Collaborate with leadership and medical director to maintain clinical excellence and compliance Required Clinical Experience (Hands-On) Applicants must have real, verifiable experience in most of the following: • Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.), • Dermal fillers (face, lips, mid-face, jawline, etc.), • PRP / PRF (face, under eyes, hair restoration), • Microneedling (including regenerative applications), • IV therapy and wellness injections, • Medical weight-loss programs (GLP-1s, metabolic support), • Body contouring and body sculpting technologies, • HIFU and RF skin tightening, • Skin boosters and regenerative aesthetics Required Qualifications • Active RN license (NY State), • Minimum 2+ years experience in medical aesthetics (preferred), • Strong aesthetic eye and patient communication skills, • Comfortable selling treatment plans, packages, and memberships, • Experience with EMR systems and booking software, • Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor, • Self-motivated, accountable, and growth-oriented This Role Is NOT a Fit If You Are: • New to aesthetics or looking to “learn on the job”, • Seeking occasional shifts or one day per week, • Uncomfortable discussing pricing, packages, or closing treatment plans, • Only interested in hourly pay without contributing to growth, • Lacking hands-on injector or aesthetic treatment experience Who Thrives Here • Nurses who see aesthetics as a career, not a side hustle, • Providers who understand that results, relationships, and revenue go together, • Professionals who want commission, growth, and long-term opportunity, • Individuals who take pride in contributing value—not just extracting it How to Apply Qualified candidates should submit a resume highlighting specific aesthetic experience.
