The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of personal injury cases from inception through trial, providing legal counsel to clients, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: 1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases and provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the legal process., 2. Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the merit of personal injury cases., 3. Draft and file all necessary legal documents on behalf of clients., 4. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel in an effort to resolve cases quickly and favorably., 5. Represent clients in court during trials and hearings, presenting evidence and arguments to achieve the best possible outcome., 6. Conduct depositions of medical experts, other experts, and other parties., 7. Mediate conflict resolutions between parties, aiming to reach agreements that satisfy all parties involved., 8. Continually update clients on case progress and legal proceedings., 9. Stay updated on developments and changes in personal injury law to provide accurate legal advice. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school., 2. Current license to practice law in the state., 3. Minimum of 5 years' experience in personal injury law., 4. Proven track record of successful personal injury case management from initiation to completion., 5. Proficient in conducting depositions and representing clients in court., 6. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably., 7. Strong legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents., 8.
