Job Description Arizent is seeking a Social Media and Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for social media as well as industry partnerships that leverage digital promotion channels. The goal is to drive audience growth, increase engagement, and, ultimately, support revenue growth across all Arizent brands and publications. This role requires a blend of social media expertise and creativity, as well as a data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making. Collaboration will be key to align efforts on social media and partnerships to achieve company-wide business goals. This role will be responsible for daily social content and community engagement on our flagship brands while being the in-house expert for editorial teams to execute the defined strategy. This role will work with the Senior Director of Audience Growth and leadership in identifying and managing partnerships with associations, other media outlets, event producers, newsletters, and third parties. This role will balance hands-on execution with tactical and strategic leadership to ensure sustained audience growth. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Thought Leadership: • Define a comprehensive social media strategy to drive audience growth, engagement, and support revenue goals. Establish channel-specific tactics (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp) that increase engagement and brand visibility among target B2B audiences., • Develop social media governance and train editorial teams on posting guidelines, timing, post types, and cadence to ensure consistent performance across all channels., • Social content planning and execution, including content calendaring, working cross-functionally to ensure representation of the entire company, including Editorial, Events, Demand Generation, Marketing Services, and Subscription. Utilize article snippets, videos, and reports to create social content that is optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and relevance on each platform., • Ensure social media content reflects brand tone and identity. This includes working cross-functionally to develop brand post templates as well as voice and tone guidelines., • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop brand-specific benchmarks for social media initiatives to achieve assigned goals. Review performance and refine strategy as needed., • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with industry-specific publications, associations, thought leaders, and relevant publishers to extend our content reach and reach new and priority audience segments., • Analyze social media dashboards and partnership outcomes to identify trends and measure progress towards team and business goals., • Utilize data-driven insights to adjust tactics and identify opportunities to drive audience growth and engagement., • Provide key wins and highlight successes for the audience growth team, leadership, and editorial staff. Highlight learnings and recommendations to inform future social and partnership strategies., • Work closely with Editorial teams to implement social media strategy. Provide feedback and guidance on social media copy, content, and post types. Lead training and trend discussions to ensure social media strategy is executed collaboratively across all brands., • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Events, and Sales teams to integrate social media and partnerships into broader campaigns. For example, support event marketing by promoting conferences or webinars on social channels and coordinate with events partners for cross-promotion. Ensure compliance with overall social strategy for each brand and channel., • Assist subscriptions marketing by amplifying offers and content that drive conversions., • Audience Growth: Increase in channel follows, audience engagement, and on-website engagement., • Engagement Metrics: Improvements in engagement rates, organic and dark social traffic, and conversion rates., • Proven experience in social media management and audience growth strategy (3-5 years recommended), preferably in a publishing or B2B media environment., • Experience developing partnerships or cross-promotional programs in an industry context., • Strong skills in crafting engaging social media posts and adapting tone/style for different platforms and publications., • Data-driven mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance and identify trends., • Strong project management and organizational skills., • Working knowledge of AI platforms and how to apply them to daily work., • Technical proficiency:, • Expert knowledge of leading B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, YouTube), • Experience utilizing analytics dashboards (Looker, Tableau) to inform strategy and tactics, • Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout, • Social Media Platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, X/Twitter, • Social Management Platforms: Sprout Social, • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Data Studio At Arizent, we bring together a portfolio of trusted brands that inform and connect professionals in finance, technology, insurance, and beyond.
