Job Description National Real Estate Management Firm has an excellent career opportunity for an energetic and dynamic individual to join our winning team as a Residential Assistant Property Manager in our New Jersey division. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the day to day operations of our communities and maintaining tenant relations. We’re all about our team. Primary Responsibilities: • Code and process invoices billed by vendors and contractors., • Enter data regarding tenants, vendors and maintenance service requests into property management software., • Reconcile monthly vendor statements against invoices in accounting system., • File and maintain property management records including, but not limited to, bids, contracts, certificates of insurance, project summaries, invoices, correspondence, permits, violations, building plans and operating budgets., • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly property reports such as leasing activity, stacking plans, etc., • Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting processes, • Assist with the development of financial reports, • Perform clerical duties including copying, scanning, retrieving mail, drafting correspondences, arranging meetings, general office duties, etc., • Courteously answer phone inquiries from tenants and vendors and be responsible for messages getting to the appropriate person., • Perform other duties as necessary to support the office and the commercial property management department., • Minimum of 3 years of Property Manager administrative experience, • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills., • Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently., • Must be proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel., • Generous salary and benefits package for the right candidate.
