Prepare surfaces meticulously through sanding, buffing, and automotive surface preparation techniques to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Manage auto restoration projects by assessing damage, estimating repair scope, and executing repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in auto body repair or auto restoration within a dealership or collision center environment.
