Job Description Lead Teacher General Job Description Plan and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, inclusion of theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment on a regular basis. Two years’ experience working with children birth to two years in home or center setting. Preschool Classrooms: B.A./B.S. in Early Childhood Education or related field; teacher licensure in early childhood. Preferred Qualifications PreK through grade 2 Classrooms: B.A. or B.S. in early childhood education or related field.
