Job Description Reporting to the Associate Curator of High Line Art and working under the direction of the Director & Chief Curator, the Assistant Curator is responsible for a broad range of tasks related to the coordination and development of High Line Art’s program. Thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment, they contribute ideas and conduct other curatorial work to support High Line Art’s program, and collaborate across teams within Friends of the High Line to ensure that needs around installations and programs are communicated and fulfilled. They work closely with the Associate Curator to present commissioned, site-specific performances, and help to conceive of public programs connected to the art program. They lead on logistical, administrative, and operational support, including but not limited to liaising with artists, conducting research, managing budgets, and organizing and archiving photos, videos, and contacts. They also act as ambassadors for the program, leading tours and presentations to volunteers, partners and different groups. Program Managers (PMs) will facilitate high-impact relationships between 80 and 100 mentee/mentor pairs by leveraging iMentor’s programmatic model to deepen pair relationships and help mentors guide mentees toward the goal of developing a robust post-secondary plan by high school graduation and supporting a successful transition into a post-secondary pathway. PMs will work with mentors (adult-volunteers) to position them as a “go-to” resource for their mentee and provide individual coaching to ensure pair growth. Reporting to the Program Directors, PMs will facilitate weekly classroom sessions for mentees, lead monthly pair events, and provide individualized support for pairs. They will help develop a strong partnership at their school site and contribute to iMentor’s impact in the post-secondary success landscape. The ideal candidate will have two (2) + years of professional experience. They will have experience working with high-school aged youth, understanding or interest in the post-secondary landscape and an interest in or experience working with adult volunteers. They will believe deeply in mentoring as a tool for youth success and be confident that, with the right support, a caring, committed adult can build a relationship with a student and support their post-secondary journey. Job Description Chicken & Egg Films is seeking an Associate Director of Program (“ADP”) to join our team at a pivotal moment as the organization prepares to launch a new five-year Strategic Plan in 2027. The ADP is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing, planning, and implementing a portfolio of core programs and partnerships. Currently, this includes managing the year-long (Egg)celerator Lab program for first- and second-time filmmakers. It also includes overseeing Project: Hatched (a grant program that supports impact campaigns), AlumNest programming, and partnership initiatives, in collaboration with the Industry & Artist Development Manager. The programs, initiatives, and direct reports under this role’s purview may evolve in alignment with organizational priorities and strategic direction. Working closely with the Program Director and team, the ADP will contribute to C&E’s programmatic strategy, manage budgets, and ensure that programs are responsive to filmmakers’ needs and meet organizational objectives. A collaborative leader and people manager, the ADP will supervise staff, foster community across C&E's broader network, support donor stewardship, and serve as an ambassador for C&E in the documentary field.
