Job Description Field Territory Manager Location: North New Jersey, New York City, Atlantic City| Travel up to 25% About the Role We are seeking a driven Territory Manager to lead operations, develop teams, and grow our presence across an assigned region. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting Area Managers, and driving performance across service, sales, and customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching leaders, and can balance operational execution with business growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers within the assigned territory, • Oversee daily operations across field and office teams, • Drive performance across service delivery, sales, and customer satisfaction, • Partner with leadership to establish strategic goals and operational direction, • Monitor workflows, routing, and scheduling to ensure efficiency, • Analyze P&L performance, production costs, and quality metrics, • Support hiring, training, and development of managers, technicians, and supervisors, • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners, • Identify opportunities for market growth and service expansion, • 5+ years of management experience (multi-location or operations leadership preferred), • 2+ years of sales or business development experience preferred, • Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing teams, • Ability to manage operations, performance metrics, and financials (P&L), • Experience in service-based or field operations environments preferred, • Knowledge of fire safety, NFPA, or building codes is a plus, • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, • Valid driver’s license, • Proficiency with technology (computer, mobile devices, and software systems), • Opportunity to lead and make an impact across a defined territory, • Growth-oriented environment with leadership visibility, • Ability to influence teams, processes, and operational success
