Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Strategic Financial Leadership • Partner with ownership and executive leadership to drive financial strategy, optimize portfolio performance, and structure development deals., • Provide financial insights to support decision-making and long-term value creation across all areas of the business., • Oversee all general accounting functions, including payroll, benefits, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting., • Ensure the financial integrity of reporting processes and maintain compliance with all applicable tax, licensing, and regulatory requirements., • Lead the annual financial audit and manage external auditor and third-party accounting relationships., • Manage all banking relationships, loan processes, and debt negotiations to secure favorable financing terms., • Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, cash flow forecasting, hedging, and fund allocation., • Direct the development of annual budgets, long-range financial plans, and forecasting models across the portfolio and corporate functions., • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure financial goals are understood and met., • Implement and improve financial systems, tools, and processes that support real-time reporting, automation, and scalable growth., • Manage and mentor the finance team by assigning responsibilities, setting objectives, and supporting professional development., • Promote a collaborative, high-performing culture across finance, accounting, and strategic planning teams., • Provide leadership across insurance strategy for operations, development, and employee benefits.
