Responsibilities * Assist with review and compilation engagements for nonprofit organizations. * Prepare and organize workpapers, schedules, and supporting documentation using CCH ProSystem fx Engagement. * Apply firm methodology and best practices through Knowledge Coach templates and checklists. * Perform analytical procedures and assist in identifying accounting and reporting issues. * Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure timely, accurate completion of engagements. * Maintain compliance with professional standards and firm policies. RequirementsQualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * 4+ years of public accounting experience, ideally within a smaller firm. * Strong background in nonprofit accounting and financial statement preparation. * Experience with CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and Knowledge Coach preferred. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. * Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a remote, collaborative setting.
