This role offers hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotion, and community engagement. You’ll support the marketing department in preparing, setting up, and representing our brand at weekend events—fairs, expos, and community gatherings across Long Island. Key Responsibilities • Represent Rapid Home Service Group at weekend marketing events (Saturdays or Sundays), • Collect attendee contact information (emails, phone numbers) for lead follow-up, • Engage with the public and answer basic questions about our services, • Assist with light event prep during the week (organizing signage, materials, giveaways), • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required), • Outgoing, approachable, and confident speaking with the public, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to commit to weekend event hours (must have reliable transportation), • Organized and detail-oriented, • Real-world experience in marketing and event promotion, • Exposure to brand building and customer engagement strategies, • Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals, • The chance to build your resume while connecting with homeowners across Long Island Schedule & Pay, • Part-time, event-based role averaging ~6 hours per week, • Events primarily on Saturdays or Sundays, with ~1–2 hours of prep during the week, • Paid $100 per event (flat rate)

Key Responsibilities • Filing and document organization, • Answering and directing incoming calls, • Making confirmation calls to claimants and/or attorneys, • Mailing, faxing, and uploading medical records for scheduled appointments, • Mailing completed reports to relevant parties, • Scanning files and ensuring proper digital documentation, • Scheduling depositions, trials, and physician appointments, • Data entry and database maintenance, • Conducting follow-up calls regarding physician appointment attendance (Show/No-Show), • Reviewing and organizing medical records for case preparation, • Various projects as needed Required Qualifications • 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical office or similar healthcare environment, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion This is a hybrid position.
