SUMMARY OF POSITION The Sr. Designer, Environmental at OBE consistently delivers exceptional design work and can drive creative innovation within a team setting. They have expanded their understanding of multiple disciplines to offer a more holistic creative perspective in their experiential project work. They are experts in time management and regularly demonstrate an ability to project manage creative tasks and deliverables. Additionally, Senior Designers are comfortable with leading and directing other design team members and have developed basic design management skills that help both projects and people be increasingly successful. They bring passion and purpose to the work and inspire those around them. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • CONCEPTING: Integrate into projects early to offer design strategy, set standards, and guide the project to create excellent outcomes. Create working drawings, storyboards, layouts, mood boards, and mockups to evaluate and present environmental design ideas in initial project phases., • DESIGN: Create outstanding 3D (and 2D) designs to demonstrate concepts in support of a human-centered design approach and strategy related to the client, audience and project goals. Efficiently manage presentation decks, digital assets, print assets, and all other creative components on assigned projects to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations., • INSPIRE: Seek out inspiration and share insights with internal teams to help educate and inspire what is new and next in environmental design., • REFLECT + GROW: Uphold and even strengthen departmental design processes to help streamline, create efficiencies and establish quality control., • COMMUNICATION, • PRESENTATION: Present research, concepts and designs with polished and professional visual tools and verbal skills both internally, to project teams, and externally to clients. Understand larger company objectives and be an ambassador for the agency and the team., • INTERNAL COMMUNICATION: Coordinate with internal teams leading up to and during activations to ensure approved creative materials are delivered on a timely basis, always maintaining consistency and quality., • EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION: Coordinate with outside resources, including vendors, printers, and contractors as needed for completion of the design and build out. Visit fabrication shops and other partners to ensure quality of final experience elements., • MANAGEMENT:, • PROJECT & TIME MANAGEMENT: Work with cross-functional teams to establish and manage creative deliverable timelines, ensuring work is on-time and of high quality., • TEAM MANAGEMENT: Develop foundational design management skills by managing internal team members (Junior Designers, Interns, etc.), integrating them into agency processes, teaching them best practices, and offering ongoing critiques and insights. Coordinate with freelance or contract creatives, supporting their integration into the team and streamlining design deliverables for client when relevant. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or similar discipline., • 4+ years of industry/agency experience in environmental design for experiential, with a focus on creating interactive and functional branded spaces., • On-site event management and installation experience a plus., • Exhibits excellent technical design skills and seeks to continually expand creative capabilities through growing expertise in tools + software, production design, concepting and strategic thinking., • 3D + FAB: Skills in Sketchup (Vray, Podium), Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Studio 3D Max, Cinema 4D, or similar proficiency in 3D modeling software required. Demonstrates an understanding of production practices from print production, to fabrication, to on-site surveying and installation required., • 2D + PRINT: Expertise in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Demonstrates understanding of substrates + print techniques, print file prep, proofs, and print standards required. Experience with additional tools like After Effects, Figma, Adobe XD, etc. is a plus., • PRESENTATION: Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc., • ADMIN: Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc., • SOCIAL MEDIA: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., • Demonstrates an understanding of production practices from print production, to fabrication, to on-site surveying and installation., • Has robust understanding of substrates + print techniques, print file prep, proofs, and print standards., • Possesses excellent organizations, interpersonal, and written communication skills., • Articulates design solutions to team members and clients effectively., • Translates strategic vision into tangible project design deliverables that meet project needs and garner approvals., • Multi-tasks while coordinating multiple projects + resources., • Embodies a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace., • Makes smart decisions in accordance with company policies + procedures., • Is a team player who collaborates easily + brings creative momentum to projects., • Exhibits high energy, stamina and flexibility in working non-traditional hours as needed (some nights and weekends). Job Description We are a fast-growing brand in the supplements and health & wellness space, dedicated to helping people experience the benefits of creatine for themselves. We’re looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor to bring our brand to life across social channels, digital campaigns, and paid advertising. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creative storytelling with performance-driven editing—someone who understands both the vibe of a brand and the metrics that make ads convert. This individual will report to the Video Editing Lead and will work closely with the brand, social, and ads teams. The ideal candidate has experience working across brand and social content, with experience creating content that converts for ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. Please ensure that your submitted portfolio includes material for brand, organic social, and paid social efforts. What You’ll Do (60% Brand & Social Editing) • Create quick-turnaround, viral-ready video edits optimized for Instagram (Reels), TikTok, and other short-form platforms with a focus on reach and performance., • Edit branded content with a high-production, stylized approach—transforming raw creator footage, in-office captures, and photoshoot material into polished, on-brand assets., • Own all video efforts for brand-focused campaigns, including, but not limited to, product and retailer announcement videos, partnership assets on social, and the like., • Maintain consistent brand tone, look, and feel across all content., • Bring fresh visual ideas and editing techniques that elevate the perception of the brand in the wellness and lifestyle space., • Blend a strong sense of storytelling and aesthetic style with high-performing editing techniques that align with our brand voice and drive social reach and engagement., • Repurpose raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping clips optimized for each platform., • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute content calendars and campaign launches., • Create high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels., • Edit with a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, CTAs, and conversion-focused storytelling., • Incorporate performance data into ad creative and support a structured, rigorous, performance-driven testing ideology., • 2-3+ years of experience editing brand, social, and ads content for supplement and/or health and wellness brands., • Proven experience editing for supplements, health, wellness, or fitness brands., • Strong portfolio of brand videos, social content, and performance ads., • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) and basic motion graphics., • Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and adapt edits for multiple formats., • Understanding of current trends in social media content and paid ads., • Comfort working asynchronously with team members in different locations., • Experience using platforms like Air for content management and review., • Experience working within project management platforms like ClickUp. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience filming content—on location, in studio, or lifestyle shoots., • Ability to direct talent and guide shot composition for brand storytelling.
