What we are looking for Skills & Requirements: • 4–8 years of experience in merchandise allocation, inventory management, or retail planning, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, or a related field preferred, • Expert analytical skills with deep proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables; SQL a plus), • Experience with allocation or planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA/Blue Yonder). Overview We are seeking an Associate Planner to join our Planning, Allocations and Strategy team reporting to the Planning Manager of Accessories & Men's Apparel. This role supports the execution of planning processes for the Men's apparel categories while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven workplace. This position is primarily based in our Greenpoint, Brooklyn office and follows a hybrid schedule, dependent on role and business needs.
