The Manager will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with New York State Health Home standards, manage grant and program deliverables, supervise staff, maintain program fidelity, and drive measurable outcomes that promote youth stability, academic success, career readiness, and overall wellbeing. This role is accountable for quality assurance, staff development, care coordination oversight, and community partnership development across both programs.
